We are the world's leading provider of corporate serviced apartments. As a Market Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expansion. With over 2,000 property operators on our platform, we offer our clients and customers the largest collection of serviced apartments globally, spanning over 320,000 apartments across more than 1,400 cities.

Our team operates across six offices in London, Lancaster, Madrid, Denver, Singapore, and Hyderabad, with employees in fully remote roles worldwide. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service, setting us apart from competitors and ensuring client loyalty.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Business Development:
    • Identify and convert new business leads to drive revenue growth.
    • Collaborate with other divisions to deliver seamless implementations of new clients.
    • Owning the implementation and measurement of strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
    • Responsible for delivering revenue targets.
    • Establishing SilverDoor's presence in the Netherlands through attendance at industry events, social media engagement, and industry body involvement.
    • Maintaining awareness of key trends, industry news, and forecasts for India.
  • Account Management:
    • Optimizing performance of existing client accounts.
    • Seeking out additional business divisions within existing client organizations.
    • Collaborating with other divisions to deliver excellent service to managed clients.
    • Owning the implementation and measurement of key client development plans.
    • Responsible for delivering revenue targets.
    • Providing accurate reporting on key metrics.
    • Accompanying clients on apartment viewings when necessary.
  • Property Partner Development:
    • SUPPORTING partner relationships with Benelux activity.
    • Identifying relevant new property partners in the region.
    • Serving as the 'in-market' SilverDoor ambassador for property partners.
    • Attending selected property partner events and openings.
    • E nsuring optimal use of systems (Salesforce etc).
    Requirements:
    • Required Experience:
      • New business development experience.
      • Fluent English, German, and Dutch speaker (essential).
      • B2B serviced apartment or hotel background experience is essential.
      • Up-to-date knowledge of the industry.
      • A minimum of 3 years' experience with a demonstrated history of accomplishments in account win performance.
      • Experience in raising the profile of relatively unknown companies.
      • Existing strong customer relationships.
    • Skills:
      • Effective communication skills.
      • Confident meeting clients face-to-face.
      • Good negotiation and conversion experience.
      • Good numeracy and literacy skills.
