Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our corporate finance team in Amsterdam. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for actively identifying and assessing potential target investment companies, conducting thorough research, and analyzing financial implications of mergers and acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and assess potential target investment companies
  • Conduct thorough research on selected target companies, including financial, strategic, and competitor analysis
  • Analysis, preparation, and drafting of presentations, company profiles, market and sector reports, information memorandums, and transaction documentation
  • Collaborate with senior team members in marketing and origination activities
  • Assist in preparing historical and projected financial statements
  • Analysis of financial implications of mergers and acquisitions
Requirements
  • Effective team player and highly motivated self-starter with strong communication skills, tenacity, and market research skills
  • Excellent Dutch and English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Outstanding interpersonal, presentational, adaptability, and time management skills
  • Strong academics, with a completed university degree in fields such as Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a science study with financial affinity
  • Previous experience with exposure to transactions from within Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Consulting, or Private Equity
