Job Overview

As a Pilot in Command for HHO operations, you will be responsible for executing flights to offshore facilities, vessels, and wind turbines in the North Sea, primarily from our bases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with applicable Belgian, Dutch, and international aviation regulations and best practices.
  • Conduct operations in accordance with NHV's standard operating procedures.
  • Oversee the safe execution of flights, including route planning, fuel assessments, navigation, and terrain awareness.
  • Safeguard the well-being of passengers and cargo throughout the flight.
  • Exhibit exemplary conduct and professionalism as a representative of NHV.
  • Manage personal rest effectively to remain prepared for flight duties.
  • Demonstrate a service-oriented mindset and the ability to positively engage with passengers.
  • Adapt to changing circumstances with flexibility.
Qualifications

Technical Requirements:

  • EASA CPL(H) License
  • EASA Class 1 Medical Certification
  • EASA IFR (H)ME and IFR Night Rating
  • ATPL(H) Theory and MCC Certificate

Type Rating:

  • Preferably on AS365 N3 or H145 helicopters

Flight Experience:

  • Minimum of 2000 hours on rotary-wing aircraft
  • At least 1000 hours as Pilot in Command
  • 500 hours on Multi-Engine helicopters

HHO Experience:

  • 200 hours of relevant HHO helicopter experience
  • 200 hoist cycles offshore, including 50 at night

Location: Must reside within a 4-hour drive from the operational base.

Skills

Language Proficiency:

  • English: Proficiency Level 4
  • Fluency in Dutch is required

Strong ICT skills, particularly in aviation software and administrative tools.

Adherence to company procedures is essential.

Must be a flexible team player, driven by results and focused on customer satisfaction.
