We are seeking a Global Marketing Manager Swine to lead our strategic marketing initiatives globally, focusing on the swine species. This role involves developing and executing targeted marketing strategies, driving product innovation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute global marketing strategies for swine, ensuring alignment with business unit objectives and market needs.
- Lead product innovation by collaborating with innovation teams to drive the development and differentiation of new products and services in the swine sector.
- Enhance business performance by implementing commercial strategies to improve market share, sales volume, and profitability specific to the swine market.
- Guide marketing execution by directing the creation and implementation of market plans across business units, focusing on the core portfolio for swine.
- Conduct market research to understand customer behaviors, preferences, and emerging trends within the swine industry.
- Manage and develop a team by leading the strategic marketing team for swine, setting performance objectives, providing mentorship, and supporting professional growth.
- Budget oversight by managing sales and marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and monitoring of expenditures to achieve financial targets.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration by working closely with various teams including Product Development, Regulatory Affairs, and Operations to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and strategic alignment.
