We are growing and expanding, and to strengthen our Business Design Team in the Netherlands, we are looking for (Senior) Business Designers / Enterprise (IT) Architects.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is €120,000 - €180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

The main goal of this role is to work closely with clients in innovative, integrated business, IT, and cultural change processes. You will play a leading role in managing stakeholders and supporting organizational change.

You will contribute to sales initiatives and Thought Leadership, aiming to further expand competencies and propositions that help acquire new assignments and clients and expand existing ones.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A solid consulting experience working with clients and shaping solutions, with at least 5-7 years of experience.
  • High-level interlocutor in business and technology architecture concepts, with in-depth experience in one or more specialisms.
  • Familiarity with the latest standards in Customer Experience platforms, Integration platforms, Rapid Application Development frameworks, Digital Marketing/Automation, and/or Customer and Data Analytics.
  • Experience creating, reviewing, and bringing together end-to-end architecture within one or more business, application, data, and infrastructure architecture domains.
  • Proven experience as an Enterprise, Domain, and/or Solution Architect, with strong intellectual and analytical skills.
