As a Housekeeping and Guest Services Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in our guest rooms and public areas.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Perform general cleaning tasks throughout the hotel, including corridors, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, responding promptly to their requests and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred but not required.
- A strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
You must have English language communication skills and a valid work permit in The Netherlands.
