Full-timeCompany Location: Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky AmsterdamWe are looking for a Housekeeping & Quality Supervisor to improve and maintain the quality of our hotel. Your role will be to supervise the Room Attendants. Within this role the responsibilities are:Coordinating the cleaning operations;Ensuring housekeeping practices align with hotel policies, industry regulations, and hygiene standards;Conducting quality inspections to uphold the highest level of cleanliness and guest satisfaction;Coordinating with other departments to enhance overall guest experience and resolve cross-functional issues;The ideal candidate should possess:Hardworking and sees a challenge in every situation;Experience within Housekeeping in a 5-star hotel is a plus;Stress resistant and organized;Flexible mindset and availability;Experience in working with different cultures and how to communicate with them;Excellent communication skills and proficiency in the English language; Dutch is a plus.At Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam, the passion of our team members is the driving force behind our success.
