As a key member of the customer service department, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to dealers from initial contact to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Processing and supporting orders and inquiries received through various channels, including email, phone, and portals.
- Responding to dealer inquiries in a professional and timely manner, addressing concerns and resolving issues.
- Anticipating dealer needs and providing accurate delivery estimates using available tools.
- Handling inbound and outbound calls with dealers, ensuring a positive experience.
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, system updates, and customer service techniques through training sessions and team meetings.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in German.
- Knowledge of the Dutch or English language is an advantage.
- Familiarity with customer service principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced experience in MS Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
