Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in maintenance and repair work, with a strong ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently. You will be responsible for maintaining the upkeep of our hotel, including conducting regular checks, performing repairs, and liaising with internal and external parties. Your excellent communication skills and customer-focused approach will ensure that our guests receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the overall condition of the hotel, including performing routine checks and carrying out repairs as needed.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties regarding maintenance and technical issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, addressing any maintenance-related queries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel environment.
  • Possession of LBO/MBO-level qualifications, with additional relevant training in maintenance/construction (VCA-basis certificates).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel.
  • Good command of Dutch and English language skills, with the ability to manage accordingly.
