Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Aviation Operator to join our team at Den Helder Airport. As an Aviation Operator, you will be responsible for the daily operational support for outgoing and incoming helicopter flights and all aspects of helicopter cargo handling. You will have extensive customer contact, meticulously handle customs formalities, and arrange any subsequent transportation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily operational support for helicopter flights, including handling customs formalities and arranging transportation.
  • Ensure seamless communication with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage and coordinate helicopter cargo handling, including loading and unloading of cargo.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as logistics or aviation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience in logistics or aviation services is highly desirable.
