About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Consultant Reporting to join our Credit Transformation Office team at ABN Amro. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for stakeholder management on strategic, tactical, and operational levels through program reporting and coordinating for important project meetings, Credit Chain Oversight Committee (CCOC).

Key Responsibilities
  • Support FS with preparation and coordination of key (ExBo - senior management) meetings.
  • Deliver integrated reports across the credit value chain, bringing together all initiatives.
  • Collaborate across multiple departments, including Client Units, Risk, Finance, IT, and DM&A.
  • Initiate and lead specific interventions to drive business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Experience as a consultant with a strong delivery mindset.
  • Ability to analyze and deliver advice to a wide and diverse audience.
  • Pragmatic approach, translating ideas into actions.
  • Passion for creating impact that benefits our customers' experience.
  • Track record of collaborating across silos and mobilizing people throughout the organization.
What We Offer
  • Gross monthly salary based on knowledge, experience, and potential.
