Sales Executive

As an Internal Sales Executive at TD SYNNEX, you will be responsible for co-owning key accounts with FSE / IKAM, delivering exceptional customer satisfaction, and driving new sales opportunities.
You will be the primary point of contact for a defined set of mid-sized partners across the TD SYNNEX portfolio, with a focus on incentivized sales based on total portfolio performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Maximize call potential and outcomes by leveraging various sources to gather customer information.
- Generate new business opportunities through strategic outbound calls to customers.
- Engage customers in conversations around solution and product areas.
- Offer recommendations to enhance the value proposition by collecting customer information to understand business requirements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and margin targets for aligned customers and segments.
- Build strong customer relationships through proactive engagement.
- Develop partner relationships through account planning, cross-selling, and other initiatives.
- Provide, sell, and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers, and promotions.
- Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as daily talk time and outbound calls.
- Sell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and the company value proposition.
- Identify project opportunities and collaborate with BDM/ISS for specific product or vendor knowledge.
- Engage in active inside selling and intelligent project fishing, managing customer backorders with specialist knowledge.
- Develop and own a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX's CRM system, regularly reviewed and updated, ensuring active closure of opportunities.
- Provide accurate and timely quotations to customers.
- Ensure TD SYNNEX maintains service level agreements with customers.
- Manage customer backorder expectations and reporting.
- Proactively develop relationships with key internal and external contacts.
- Ensure the CRM system is well-maintained and provides accurate customer information.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or equivalent educational background.
- A knowledge of the product set is desirable but not essential.
- Numerate with good attention to detail.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Priority management and planning skills.
- Strive to achieve set targets.
- Understands the sales process.
- Effective communication skills.
- Good relationship building.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ideal candidates will have previous experience with IT systems for quotation, order entry, and CRM.
- A knowledge of the product set is desirable but not essential.
- IT industry knowledge is desirable but not essential.
