We are seeking a talented and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at Undutchables. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our customers' experience, while also providing guidance and support to our customer service team.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. As a Customer Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our customer service team, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to provide top-notch service to our customers.

You will work closely with our warehouse and logistics teams to ensure seamless order processing and accurate product information. Your strong organizational and time management skills will enable you to effectively manage returns and order replacements, while maintaining high levels of professionalism, punctuality, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the customer service team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery
  • Manage returns and order replacements efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism, punctuality, and accountability in all interactions with customers and colleagues
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent customer service skills, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
  • Strong leadership and development skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • A strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices
  • Experience working in an e-commerce environment, with a focus on customer service and customer experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
