About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Global HR team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for internships, coordinating calendars and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring teams, managing the assessment process with our external service provider, publishing job ads on internal and external job boards, performing various tasks related to Employer Branding, supporting IHQ training and communication, and improving and supporting ongoing Talent projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for internships
  • Coordinate calendars and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams
  • Manage the assessment process with our external service provider
  • Publish job ads on internal and external job boards
  • Perform various tasks related to Employer Branding
  • Support IHQ training and communication
  • Improve and support ongoing Talent projects

Requirements
  • Academic Program: Enrolled in a BSc or MSc program for the entirety of the internship, preferably in Organizational Studies, HR, Marketing or Communication
  • Skillset: Strong MS Office skills and fluent proficiency in speaking and written English – Having some similar experience with HR activities is always a benefit
  • Personal traits: True passion for people, driven and energetic personality, excellent communication and people skills, and the ability to work both in a team and independently
  • Commitment: Ready to dedicate at least 5 months to this internship, preferably from January to July
  • Availability: Able to join the internship 4 or 5 days a week
Eligibility Criteria
  • Your internship should be included in your study curriculum and directly contribute to your academic results
  • Your educational institution is willing to sign a collaboration agreement with JDE Peet's and when joining our Research departments, also sign an NDA agreement for internships
  • You are either an EU(EEA) student residing in the Netherlands during the internship or a Non-EU(EEA) student enrolled and living in the Netherlands during the internship
