We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Business Partner who shares our passion for innovation, teamwork, and quality. If you have a proven track record in building solid relationships with stakeholders and driving data-informed decisions, this is your chance to join a dynamic global team.

About the Role
  • Sourcing: You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top candidates on the market.
  • Candidate Experience: You will ensure that every candidate has a seamless experience from their first contact with Adyen to the offer management process.
  • Business Partnering: You will work closely with hiring teams to understand their needs and provide expert guidance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Data: You will analyze market trends, talent pools, and process data to inform decision-making and set expectations.
  • Global Collaboration: As part of a global recruitment team, you will contribute to hiring initiatives across different regions.

  • A competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

  • You have 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and talent acquisition strategies.
  • You have worked closely with other HR teams (e.g., HR Business Partners, Rewards & HR Operations) and business leaders.
  • You have a proven track record in building solid and long-lasting relationships with stakeholders.
  • You have experience collecting recruiting data and leading data-informed conversations to support and influence hiring decisions.
  • You have experience working in an international and cross-cultural environment.
