We are seeking a Strategic Talent Development Manager to join our dynamic team at our Amsterdam HQ. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to make a meaningful impact in our scale-up environment.
The People team at Picnic strives to transform human resources, just as we have transformed grocery delivery. With over 1,000 talented individuals across three locations, our central team is dedicated to creating a revolutionary work environment. As a Strategic Talent Development Manager, you will be part of this mission-critical team and play a vital role in shaping the future of our organization.
This role involves:
- Conducting performance reviews and development conversations with employees
- Administering development agreements, contracts, and compensation
- Partnering with leaders to enhance leadership effectiveness
- Designing and implementing people-related initiatives and programs
- Managing talent to ensure the right people are in the right roles
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Master's degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience as an HR Advisor, HR Business Partner, or similar
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- The ability to challenge convention and reinvent how work is done
- Natural coaching and development skills
- Data-driven decision-making abilities
- Possession of fluency in English; Dutch is a plus
Picnic offers a competitive salary of €70,000 - €100,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
