Bij Olympia zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Financial Controller die zich aansluit bij onze afdeling Financial Control & Accounting. Als Financial Controller ben je verantwoordelijk voor de vastlegging van en de controles op alle financiële processen. Je verzorgt, ontwikkelt en optimaliseert periodieke (financiële) management rapportages voor de directie, aandeelhouders en financiers van Olympia.
Verantwoordelijkheden- Vastleggen en controleren van alle financiële processen
- Verzorgen, ontwikkelen en optimaliseren van periodieke (financiële) management rapportages
- Voeren van kwantitatieve en kwalitatieve analyses
- Verzorgen van de periodieke afrekeningen met franchisenemers
- Voorbereiden van forecast en jaarbudget
- Samenwerken met andere afdelingen om financiële vraagstukken op te lossen
- HBO of WO werk- en denkniveau in de richting van finance, accounting of bedrijfseconomie
- 1 tot 3 jaar werkervaring als financial controller en/of accountant binnen een grote commerciële of financiële organisatie
- Ervaring bij een big 4 kantoor is een pré
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel in woord als geschrift
- Ervaren met het analyseren van financiële gegevens en het opstellen van rapportages
- Goede kennis van Excel en ervaring met financiële software (bij voorkeur AFAS profit) en rapportagesoftware
- Een dienstverband van 32, 36 of 40 uur per week
- Salaris tussen de € 3.500 en maximaal € 5.658 afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring
- Bovengemiddeld veel vakantiedagen, 32,5 verlofdagen bij een 40-urige werkweek
- Onkostenvergoeding van €105,- netto per maand bij een 40-urige werkweek
- Een mooie bonus aan het einde van het jaar
