Internship Overview

This exciting internship offers the opportunity to be part of the Global Sponsorship Events Team at Heineken in Amsterdam. The selected candidate will support the team on various tasks related to sponsorship activations and events.


Responsibilities
  • Support the team in preparing for sponsorship activations and events, collaborating closely with rightsholders, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with event planning and execution, as needed.
  • Contribute to day-to-day business operations, including writing briefings, creating presentations, and supporting administrative tasks.
  • Help maintain agendas and status reports for weekly partnership meetings with internal project teams.

Requirements
  • Possess a strong passion for sports marketing and sponsorships.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and an open mindset when working in a global environment.
  • Be willing to take initiative and work independently.
  • Show exceptional teamwork and communication skills.
  • Have experience in hospitality, sport marketing, project management, or digital communication.
  • Hold full professional proficiency in English and possess knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Be enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program during the internship duration.
  • Meet specific requirements for non-EU nationals, including student registration and a valid work permit.

Benefits
  • The internship offers a fixed monthly gross salary of €6,500 based on 40 hours per week.
  • You'll receive 2 vacation days per month.
  • Your commuting expenses will be fully reimbursed if you don't have a student OV product.
