Job Title: Customer Service Employee

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Services Team in Maastricht. As a Customer Service Employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter quotes and orders in SAP
  • First contact to customers
  • Inform customers about status of orders
  • Handle warranty, return and credit requests
  • Handle complaints (invoices, deliveries, etc)
  • Take care of Nordson internal requests and all other incoming requests
  • Proactive order follow up
Requirements:
  • Minimum MBO+ degree (commercial or logistics)
  • General knowledge on business and work processes (supply chain)
  • Relevant experience in a customer service related environment or a business environment is highly desired
  • Fluent Dutch language skills are required (writing and verbal)
  • English language on a good level and any additional language would be a plus
  • Computer literate (basic knowledge of MS-Office)
  • SAP and Material Resource Planning (MRP) system knowledge
