Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Services Team in Maastricht. As a Customer Service Employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Enter quotes and orders in SAP
- First contact to customers
- Inform customers about status of orders
- Handle warranty, return and credit requests
- Handle complaints (invoices, deliveries, etc)
- Take care of Nordson internal requests and all other incoming requests
- Proactive order follow up
- Minimum MBO+ degree (commercial or logistics)
- General knowledge on business and work processes (supply chain)
- Relevant experience in a customer service related environment or a business environment is highly desired
- Fluent Dutch language skills are required (writing and verbal)
- English language on a good level and any additional language would be a plus
- Computer literate (basic knowledge of MS-Office)
- SAP and Material Resource Planning (MRP) system knowledge
