Clinical Research Associate Senior

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Clinical Research Associate to join our team at Allucent. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and manage clinical study sites to ensure compliance with protocol, regulations, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
- Conduct site visits, prepare and submit quality reports, and maintain accurate records in our Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS).
- Collaborate with project teams to track study progress, identify and resolve issues, and provide functional assistance with administrative and logistical tasks.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with investigational sites, sponsor company personnel, and other stakeholders.
- Identify potential logistical and practical problems and propose solutions or contingency plans.
- At least five years of clinical monitoring experience and/or relevant clinical trial experience.
- Relevant life science degree or medical/nursing background, or combination of education and experience.
- Excellent understanding and demonstrated application of Good Clinical Practices and applicable Standard Operating Procedures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including good command of English and local language.
- Representative, outgoing, and client-focused with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
