Job Title: Electrostatics Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Electrostatics Specialist to join our Tribology and Electrostatics group at ASML. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrostatics and surface interactions, with a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions in a multidisciplinary context.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research and development in deep vacuum electrostatics, with a focus on improving the performance and reliability of our electron beam inspection tools.
  • Collaborate with development teams in the USA and Taiwan to translate high-level roadmaps into modeling and experimental studies.
  • Develop and implement best practices for electrostatics and surface interactions, with a focus on improving the overall quality of our products.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues across disciplines and organizational levels, with a focus on sharing knowledge and expertise.
Requirements:
  • PhD or Master's degree in physics, mechanical/materials mechatronics, electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong background in electrostatics and surface interactions, with a focus on high-voltage materials and tooling.
  • Experience with Kelvin probe Force microscopy or conductive AFM.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on working effectively with colleagues across disciplines and organizational levels.
