About the Role

This is a challenging and exciting opportunity to join the ABN AMRO Bank team as an Associate Director of Transaction Banking. As a key member of the TBH Germany team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on complex tailored products and services to clients, driving sales opportunities and contributing to the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans to drive sales growth and revenue expansion in the Transaction Banking segment.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on complex financial products and services, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, driving revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the level of service provided.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Transaction Banking market, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new products and services, ensuring that they meet the needs of clients and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Strong academic record and background in Business and Finance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the Transaction Banking market and industry trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
