Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Quality Professional to lead the implementation of quality improvement initiatives in our Business Line.
Key Responsibilities- Implement quality objectives on quality improvements in PGP within the BL specific product programs.
- Manage the periodic reporting on quality topics, including performance on customer satisfaction, operational quality within ASML as well as supply chain and quality improvement initiatives.
- Drive quality change programs top-down and bottom-up in the BL to support the transition towards a living quality culture.
- Masters or Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering.
- At least 10 years experience in project and change management in a complex industry.
- Strong business acumen and experience working within a multinational organization.
