Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned IT Program Manager to support our ERP migration journey. As a key member of the IT Delivery Support team, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior management and stakeholders, providing expert guidance on portfolio financials, progress, quality, issues, and risks.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules to ensure the ERP migration stays on track.
  • Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to support the migration process.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with the ERP migration to minimize potential disruptions.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, including project teams, management, and external vendors, to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure specified requirements and standards are met.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress, generate status reports, and provide insights to stakeholders to keep them informed of the project's status and any issues that arise.

Requirements

  • ERP Migration Knowledge: Essential experience in ERP migration projects, with a deep understanding of complex matrix organizations and stakeholder needs.
  • Education: Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Work Experience: 5-10 years of working experience in project/portfolio management and/or SAFe in a large, international organization, working as a project management officer, or a similar position.
  • Data Analysis: Experience in data analysis, providing advice, and preparing scenarios for senior leaders.
  • Project Management Methodologies: Sound knowledge of, and working experience in project & portfolio management methodologies like PMBOK/Prince2 and MoP.
  • Agile and Scrum: Sound knowledge of, and working experience in SAFe, Agile, and Scrum.
  • Tools: Preferably, experience with Microsoft Project Online, Jira (Align), and Spotfire.

  • Fluency: Fluent in English and preferably in Dutch.
