Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development through new client acquisition and team expansion at existing client engagements.
- Build and maintain client relationships in the DS&A domains.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of client needs and challenges, translating this into Synechron's solutions that support clients in maximizing the value of their data.
- Take a leading role in project delivery or perform quality assurance on projects delivered by the DS&A practice.
- Provide thought leadership on best practices and emerging technologies, such as data platforms and large language models.
- Collaborate with Synechron teams across disciplines to share knowledge on industry trends and design technology solutions.
- Coach and mentor colleagues to foster continuous learning and deliver value to clients.
- Develop and execute a hiring strategy to expand the team with capable consultants.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Strong network within Financial Services firms in The Netherlands to fuel business development.
- Proven track record of project delivery and sales of data analytics, engineering, and/or data science projects in Financial Services.
- Interest and familiarity with the latest technologies and languages, such as Snowflake, Data Bricks, Python, SQL, Scala, and Power BI.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
