Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Logistics and Warehouse specialist to join our team at the 3PL in Venlo. As a key player in our supply chain, you will be responsible for optimizing logistics processes, managing service providers, and ensuring maximum sales revenue and net operation profit.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Delta factory for supply and demand planning
- Monitor and facilitate inbound shipments from Asia to 3PL
- Secure 3PL resources to handle inbound, customs, repacking, and outbound activities
- Develop and implement process improvements in 3PL to meet customer requirements
- Conduct monthly business reviews (MBR) and KPI with service providers
- Work closely with sales managers to optimize processes for new customers
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Automotive logistics
- Ability to handle dynamic supply and demand activities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in a second European language or Chinese is a plus
- Strong negotiation and collaboration skills with other functions and business partners
- Customer-oriented attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work accurately and timely
