Production Coordinator

Job Overview
As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. Your primary responsibility will be to plan, coordinate, and monitor the production cycle, guaranteeing that products are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer delivery dates and internal financial goals.
- Collaborate with production supervisors and managers to prioritize operations, ensuring maximum performance and minimal delays.
- Monitor production progress, identifying and addressing any issues that may impact delivery timelines or product quality.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, sourcing, customer service, and distribution planning, to ensure seamless coordination and cooperation.
- Continuously evaluate and improve production processes, implementing changes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in operations, inventory management, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Highly proficient in SAP (R/3, SAP APO, and SAP BW/BEX reports) and MS Excel.
- APICS certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to think proactively and question the status quo.
