HR Specialist

You will start your day with a positive attitude, checking your emails and preparing for a day filled with challenges. You will create a to-do list and get to work. At 10:00 am, you will participate in a meeting on absence management, actively contributing to a positive return of an employee. In the afternoon, you will advise a manager on personnel matters and handle administrative tasks such as drafting contracts and managing personnel files. At 4:00 pm, you will conduct an interview with a candidate, presenting Müller as an attractive employer.

What will you do?
You will advise and support managers on personnel matters, using your proactive and service-oriented approach. You will use various recruitment channels to attract new employees and conduct interviews with potential candidates. You are communicatively strong and can be critical when necessary. With your accurate approach, you will prepare employment contracts, manage personnel files, and maintain contact with external parties.

Team and Environment:
You will be part of a national team with three other HR advisors (Holten, Nijkerk) and two administrative support staff (Holten). You will work independently and in a team, and you will be able to prioritize tasks and weigh interests quickly.

• You are available for at least 32 hours a week;
• You have a HBO work and thinking level;
• You have 2-3 years of work experience in HR;
• Experience with AFAS is an advantage;
• Affinity with transport and logistics is a plus.
