HR Specialist

You will start your day with a positive attitude, ready to tackle new challenges. Your tasks will include advising and supporting managers on personnel matters, preparing contracts, and managing employee files. You will also be responsible for conducting interviews with candidates and presenting Müller as an attractive employer.

What will you do?
You will advise and support managers on personnel matters, using your analytical and communication skills to provide solutions. You will use various recruitment channels to attract new employees and conduct interviews with potential candidates. You will be responsible for preparing contracts, managing employee files, and maintaining contact with external parties.

Team and Environment:
You will be part of a national team with three other HR advisors and two administrative support staff. You will work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and weighing competing interests.

• You must be available for at least 32 hours per week;
• You must have a HBO work and thinking level;
• You must have 2-3 years of experience in HR;
• Experience with AFAS is a plus;
• Affinity with transport and logistics is a plus.
