Key Responsibilities- Onboarding and Offboarding
- Ensure that new IT equipment is ready for new employees, including accessories such as cables, keyboards, etc.
- Manage the logistics of hardware logistics, including preparation, distribution, and tracking of employee IT assets.
- Provide immediate support for any onboarding-related issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of onboarding processes and ensure all tickets are resolved properly.
- Logistics and Asset Management
- Take full responsibility for managing IT hardware logistics, including handling repairs, replacements, and tracking asset inventory.
- Improve inventory control processes to ensure precise tracking of IT assets.
- Work closely with external vendors to manage equipment returns and replacements.
- Identify and work with vendors to ensure the best pricing/quality offers.
- Manage the stock of IT assets in our offices.
- Collaboration with Other Teams
- Work closely with employees, new joiners, managers, and IT team members to ensure smooth IT operations.
- Collaborate with external vendors for the procurement of IT accessories and logistics vendors for the Macbooks fleet.
- Manage relationships with logistics/shipment providers such as DHL, Fedex, etc.
- A hands-on mentality with a willingness to be physically present in the office four days a week.
- A strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A customer-service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to solving problems.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage hardware inventory effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and collaborative attitude, allowing you to build strong relationships across teams.
- Resilience under pressure, with the ability to multitask and manage your time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal (additional European languages are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a desire to understand and address the root causes of technical issues.
- A passion for learning, with a commitment to staying updated on IT trends and technologies.
