Zhejiang Dingli Machinery Co., Ltd is a leading manufacturer of aerial work platforms and material handling equipment. Our European headquarters are located in the Netherlands, and we are currently seeking a skilled service technician to contribute to our success and expansion.
Job Summary:
The Field Service Technician role involves providing technical support and maintenance services for our customers and business partners in a field-based setting. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing on-site equipment installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance for our range of EWP's and Material Handling products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting inspections and identifying faults in EWP's and Material Handling equipment
- Performing repairs and replacements as necessary
- Providing training and support to customers on equipment operation and maintenance
- Working independently and adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of field service experience in the machinery or equipment industry
- Sound working knowledge of EWP's or Material Handling equipment is desirable
- Strong customer-oriented approach with a focus on delivering quality service
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
