Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary between € 4100 and € 5000 gross per month, with an additional bonus scheme per year.
Other benefits include 8% holiday pay, 27 leave days and 5 collective rest days per year, as well as a travel allowance.
Job Description
As a technical trainer, you will be responsible for providing training programs internally and externally at customer sites. Your tasks will include:
- Developing and delivering training programs on the use, operation, conversion and maintenance of customized shrink-sleeve machines.
- Closely collaborating with the technical department to create new training components and methods.
- Assisting in sales demos and conducting research on new training approaches.
- Suggesting improvements to existing training programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Several years of experience in engineering, preferably with a focus on technical training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Fluency in English, with additional languages such as French, Spanish, German, Italian or Polish being an asset.
- Willingness to travel internationally (Monday to Friday) and flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
- A strong customer-oriented approach and stress-resistant personality.
- A willingness to live within a reasonable commuting distance from Deurne.
Key Responsibilities

- Creating and delivering high-quality training programs.
- Collaborating with the technical department to develop new training components.
- Conducting research on new training methods and approaches.
- Providing excellent customer service and support.
- Traveling internationally to deliver training sessions and conduct site visits.
