Senior Brand Manager

Jumbo Group is a leading international company specializing in games and toys. We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Brand Manager to join our dynamic team and drive our brand's success.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the market and consumers, with a strong background in brand management and team leadership. Key responsibilities include:
- Team Management: Lead and inspire a team of brand managers to achieve business objectives.
- Market and Consumer Insights: Develop and execute market research to understand consumer preferences and behavior.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long-term and short-term brand and product strategies to drive business growth.
- Sales Performance: Monitor and adjust sales performance to meet business objectives.
- Product and Quality Improvement: Continuously improve product quality and diversification of product assortment.
The successful candidate will have a university degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. Fluency in English is required.
