Senior Brand Manager

Job Title: Group Senior Brand Manager - GamesWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Senior Brand Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies across various markets, managing a team of brand managers, and driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute long-term and short-term brand and product strategies
- Manage a team of brand managers and provide guidance on market and consumer insights
- Proactively monitor and adjust sales performance, collaborating with trade marketing, product development, innovation, and local marketing and sales teams
- Initiate improvements in product quality and diversification of product assortment
- Prepare and coordinate briefings for product development, packaging artwork, user manuals, and brand-related content
- Conduct product training sessions and support qualitative and quantitative research initiatives
- University degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with previous team management experience
- Strong project management skills and experience managing multiple projects with deadlines
- Affinity with Jumbo Group products and knowledge of the toy market is preferred
- Fluent in English
- Leadership: inspire and lead the team to meet performance targets
- Communication: facilitate effective communication within and across departments
- Team player: work independently while being a collaborative team member
- Decision making and problem solving: make informed decisions and tackle challenges effectively
- Consumer focus and commercially minded: understand consumer needs and drive company performance
- Creativity: generate product ideas and guide the product development team
- Prioritization: manage a board and sometimes complex agenda, setting the right priorities
