In our dynamic and challenging environment at KPMG, you will embark on an exciting journey as a Manager of Accounting Advisory Services - Sustainability. This role offers a unique blend of accounting expertise and sustainability knowledge, providing you with the opportunity to make a significant impact on our clients' success.

The Accounting Advisory Service team (CMAAS) is a specialized department that advises clients on complex accounting challenges related to financial statements, IPOs, Mergers & Acquisitions, GAAP Conversions, new reporting standards, and much more. As a key member of this team, you will work closely with clients worldwide, supporting them in realizing their ambitions. You will be responsible for working on accounting topics as well as sustainability reporting, ensuring that our clients stay ahead of the curve in terms of quality, agility, and flexibility.

A strong candidate for this role should possess a master's degree in Accounting or Control, or other relevant studies. Almost certified accountants (RA, ACCA, CPA, or other relevant certifications) are preferred. With 7-8 years of relevant working experience, extensive experience with US GAAP, and a solid understanding of other GAAPs, you will be well-equipped to excel in this position. Strong conceptual and analytical skills, ability to work under pressure, and the capacity to work independently while enjoying the challenge of multiple stakeholders are essential.
