Senior Sustainability Leader at KPMG Nederland

As a Senior Manager within the KPMG Sustainability Reporting & Assurance team, you will find yourself at the forefront of sustainability assurance and reporting. You will be part of a diverse range of top-tier national and international clients alongside a team of dedicated ESG professionals.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate is expected to work on those projects that assure companies' information on several environmental and social topics. This requires strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues from different departments and countries. The role involves managing teams, contributing to business development and conversations with clients on sustainability reporting & assurance topics, and making a positive impact through professional work.
We offer a competitive salary: €120,000 - 160,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a fixed expense allowance, a home working allowance, and other benefits like 30 vacation days, a fully equipped home workplace, a laptop, iPhone, and a flexible pension without compulsory personal contribution.
The role also offers opportunities for growth and professional development through an extensive range of training and education programs, access to coaching, health and vitality programs, and various social activities with colleagues. In addition, we provide support for your ongoing education and certification, such as a Postmaster Register Accountant training or equivalent (CPA).
About You- You are an academic Master's degree holder in a relevant field (WO) and have a minimum of 8 years of work experience, preferably in the field of assurance and/or ESG.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbally) is essential, and fluency in Dutch is a plus but not necessary.
- You have consultancy skills and the ability to work under pressure, lead teams, and independently carry out assignments.
