About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Waada the Movement. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office, including facility management, administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service to our colleagues, clients, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facility Management: You will be responsible for all facility matters within the office, including communicating with suppliers of facility activities such as cleaning, maintenance, and security.
  • Customer Service: You will ensure that everyone who enters our office experiences the Waada experience, providing a warm welcome and informing visitors about our (safety) procedures.
  • Repairs and Improvements: You will be responsible for the repairs and improvements in and around the building.
  • Tenant Liaison: You will be the contact point for the various tenants of the property.
  • Communication: You will have experience with speaking to colleagues or guests by telephone and know how to transfer them to the right colleague.
  • Project Support: You will support various projects such as renovations.
Requirements
  • Education: You have a completed MBO or HBO education.
  • Experience: You have experience in an Office management role and have previously been responsible for office and facility management of a building.
  • Skills: You are communicative, social, approachable, enthusiastic, and above all a pleasant colleague.
  • Language: You master the Dutch and English language down to the last detail.
