Job Title: Demand Planner

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planner to join our team at Samsung. As a Demand Planner, you will play a critical role in forecasting and analyzing supply chain and sales activities to ensure optimal sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and align supply and demand to meet business objectives.
  • Manage customer inventory and sell-out data to prevent issues and identify opportunities.
  • Control SCM KPIs to meet targets and present updates during weekly Supply Chain meetings.
  • Play a vital role in the supply chain process by analyzing data that influences purchases at the factory.
  • Check sell-out results vs. forecast regularly and update forecasts based on current stock, sales trends, promotions, and other factors.
  • Report on SCM performance to internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English is required and in Dutch preferred.
  • Proven track record in demand forecasting or related roles.
  • Innovation mindset with the ability to move fast and take calculated risks.
  • Passion for the work and a commitment to excellence.
