Marketing Communications Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Communications Director to join our team at ANDRITZ. As a key member of our Global Division Management Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing an integrated omni-channel marketing communications strategy and action plan aligned with our business objectives and corporate guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing communications strategy, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead and manage the divisional marketing communications team, defining processes, tools, and standards to ensure effective communication across the organization.
  • Manage the annual marketing communications budget, ensuring strategic resource allocation and maximizing ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with the business development and sales team on market research and analysis, marketing program development, and implementation.
  • Support HR in employer branding and employer engagement topics, promoting ANDRITZ as an attractive employer.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in marketing communications, with a proven track record in leading small marketing teams in a multinational environment.
  • Industry sector-specific know-how in Animal Feed, Pet and Aqua Feed, Biofuel, or comparable product lines by education and/or experience.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, with knowledge of other languages being an advantage.

Education:

Minimum: Degree in marketing, communications, and/or related studies. Good to have: MBA, Post Graduation courses in the field of marketing and communications, also in connection with engineering and/or technology.
