Job Overview

We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our global marketing communications efforts within the Feed & Biofuel division. As a key member of our Global Division Management Team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing an integrated omni-channel marketing communications strategy that aligns with our business objectives and corporate guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing communications plan, leveraging modern marketing tools and analytics to drive business growth.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor performance to ensure strategic resource allocation.
  • Lead the divisional marketing communications team, defining processes, tools, and standards that align with the business area and group communication.
  • Manage the annual marketing communications budget, ensuring strategic resource allocation and maximizing ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with the business development and sales team on market research, analysis, marketing program development, and implementation.
  • Work closely with divisional management, business units, product management, and other business areas, divisions, or locations to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
  • Support HR in employer branding and employer engagement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing communications, with a strong understanding of marketing concepts, strategies, and activities.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of modern marketing tools, including marketing automation, analytics, and design principles.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, with knowledge of other languages being an advantage.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work well in matrix teams and across cultures.
  • Strategic thinking, with a proactive and result-oriented approach.

Education

Minimum: Degree in marketing, communications, or related studies. Good to have: MBA, post-graduate courses in marketing and communications, or related fields.

Experience

Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the industrial plant or large project business, with leadership experience in marketing teams in a multinational environment. Industry sector-specific knowledge in Animal Feed, Pet and Aqua Feed, Biofuel, or comparable product lines is preferred.
