About the Role

The Conservatorium Hotel is seeking an exceptional Executive Pastry Chef to lead our pastry kitchen and drive culinary excellence. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the pastry kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of quality and innovation in our desserts and pastries.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the pastry kitchen team and manage day-to-day operations
- Develop and implement new dessert and pastry menus
- Ensure quality control and food safety standards are met
- Collaborate with the purchasing department to source high-quality ingredients

Requirements
