Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Employee to join our team at WerkTalent. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for processing incoming goods, unpacking and packing items, and ensuring order and cleanliness in the warehouse.

Your tasks will include:

  • Receiving and processing incoming shipments;
  • Unpacking and inspecting goods for damage or defects;
  • Order picking and packing items for shipment;
  • Preparing goods for shipment and ensuring accurate labeling and documentation;
  • Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment;

Working Conditions

You will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with varying shifts, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts. You will be required to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying shifts;
  • Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles;
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25 kg);
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment;

Shift Allowances

We offer various shift allowances, including:

  • Morning/afternoon shift: 06:00 to 14:45 - no extra charge;
  • Afternoon/evening shift: 14:45 to 23:15 - 25% extra charge from 20:00;
  • Night shift: 21:15 to 06:00 - 25% extra charge until 00:00 and 40% extra charge from 00:00 to 06:00;
  • Saturday shift: 06:00 to 13:00 - 50% extra charge;
  • Sunday shift: 100% extra charge;
