Your Impact

We are seeking a member to join our Fiduciary Management MAS team as an Analyst Lead Portfolio Management (LPM). As a member of the Lead Portfolio Management Team within MAS Fiduciary Management, you will work with the team in designing and constructing portfolios for large institutions, particularly pension schemes. This role is client-facing and highly analytical, focusing on developing and communicating customized investment solutions and asset market views to clients.

Core Responsibilities
  • Support senior Lead Portfolio Managers with portfolio design, construction, and oversight of client portfolios involving areas such as strategic asset allocation, investment manager/vehicle selection and oversight, risk/performance management, and evaluation.
  • Develop client relationships by understanding client investment needs and proposing appropriate portfolio solutions.
  • Communicate and develop materials for clients and prospects, including investment-related analysis, client and prospect presentations, and developing responses for client Request for Proposals (RFP).
  • Work with distribution channels, senior portfolio managers, and internal teams to drive business opportunities.
  • Conduct and participate in client training sessions to discuss portfolio construction, approach to asset allocation, markets, and economy.
Skills & Experience We're Looking For
  • Excellent communication (verbal/writing) skills in Dutch and English.
  • Dutch Speaking is required for this role.
  • 2-4 years of investment or portfolio management experience, with a preference for institutional (pension fund, insurance) portfolios.
  • CFA charter holder or actuarial background preferred, or someone pursuing either.
  • Client-focused mentality with the ability to communicate complex market ideas/strategies to clients of varying levels of sophistication in both large and small audiences.
  • Strong interest in the financial markets and a good investment sense/commercial instinct.
  • Highly organized individual able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Intelligent, creative, and good problem-solving abilities.
  • A self-starter, should have the ability to work independently as well as thrive in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous, strong quantitative and analytical skills.
