Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Retail Operations Project Lead to join our team at Johnson Controls.

About the Role

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading cross-country projects, coordinating activities across different regions, and overseeing project managers or installation managers working on large-scale projects.

This position requires a strong background in Field Service or Ops, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in leading teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, customer-oriented escalation management, and the ability to govern ROI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and monitor interconnected projects, deciding on suitable strategies and objectives for enterprise and global accounts.
  • Coordinate cross-country and cross-project activities, leading and evaluating project managers or installation managers collaborating on large projects.
  • Create relationships with customer project managers in the EMA region, executing governance processes for resources, budget, and timelines.
  • Apply change, risk, and resource management, assuming project responsibility for vendors, Subco's, and project resources.
  • Analyze project productivities and performance, reporting back to the program manager, and executing projects via a strict project methodology.
  • Create lessons learned and seek adaptations of training programs, ensuring compliance of all staff involved, and proactively reporting new opportunities, changes, and new scope during project execution.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6-year experience in Field Service or Ops.
  • Minimum 6-year experience in leading teams.
  • At least 1 year of experience as S&D user (Service & Delivery).
  • University degree in Electronic Industrial scope.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Office Excel.
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
  • Good organization and communication skills.
  • Good leadership skills and the ability to motivate and train employees.
  • Able to work in a team and stressful conditions.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000, depending on qualifications and location.
