Nutreco Global HSE Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) professional to join our team as a Global HSE Advisor. As part of our HSE Team, you will play a crucial role in assessing and monitoring risk control measures and standard compliance throughout the company.

About the Role:

As a Global HSE Advisor, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and organizing global HSE assessments according to a risk-based audit plan, involving on-site interviews, inspections, and standard checks to ensure compliance with Nutreco's HSE policy, rules, standards, and guidelines.
  • Processing corrective actions from audit observations and incident investigations into the HSE Management System EcoOnline.
  • Building relationships with HSE, supply chain, and operational stakeholders in business units and operating companies, providing coaching on safe practices and compliance topics.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as HSE or Engineering, or an equivalent higher education in the HSE field.
  • At least 5 years of experience as an HSE Specialist or Auditor.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Fluency in English; Spanish and Portuguese are considered assets.
  • The willingness to travel globally for approximately 50% of the time.
What We Offer:

You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic international environment with a competitive remuneration package, including a salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as a good pension scheme and 30 vacation days. You will also have the chance to take responsibility for your own projects and development opportunities within the company.

This is a full-time position that offers the possibility of professional growth within Nutreco and the broader SHV group.
