Job Title: Financial Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team at FC Finance Standaard. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing the financial reporting process, ensuring statutory compliance, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the monthly reporting for international entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness;
  • Prepare a monthly consolidated reporting to Group (IFRS), highlighting key financial trends and insights;
  • Ensure statutory compliance for international entities, coordinating audits and ensuring all necessary documentation is in order;
  • Prepare the statutory consolidated Annual Report, showcasing the company's financial performance and position;
  • Enhance the internal control framework, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to ensure robust financial controls;
  • Prepare cashflow forecast for month and full year, providing valuable insights for business decision-making;
  • For assigned cost centers, manage the financial planning & reporting process, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives;
  • Assist in further improving fiscal compliance (CIT, VAT, Transfer Pricing) and the tax framework, ensuring the company remains compliant with all relevant regulations;
  • Act as a sparring partner to Group Financial Control, FP&A manager, and other stakeholders, providing expert financial guidance and support.
Requirements:
  • HBO in Economics, Accounting, or similar;
  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar or relevant position;
  • Team player with a strong international mindset, able to work effectively in a global environment;
  • Continuous improvement mindset, with a willingness to grow and develop professionally;
  • Results-oriented, driven, and hands-on, with excellent communication skills in English;
  • Full-time availability (32 hours possible).
What We Offer:

Salary between €71,000,- (incl. 13 month and holiday pay), 39 holidays, flexible working hours, bonus between 4-10%, pension scheme, and development and growth opportunities.
