Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to drive our business growth in the food packaging industry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing sales in your region, working closely with our distributor network to increase sales and profitability.

In this role, you will engage with existing and prospective customers, using value-added selling techniques to position our products effectively. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Senior sales experience with a proven track record in value-added food packaging solution selling
  • Experience selling to or through distributors, particularly in large national accounts
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • The ability to work independently from a home office, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A positive attitude and the ability to thrive under pressure
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide opportunities for career growth and development, as well as a dynamic and supportive work environment.
