Global FP&A Director

As a key member of the Arcadis leadership team, the Global FP&A Director will play a critical role in driving the company's financial strategy and planning. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global organization with a strong commitment to sustainability and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and implementation of the company's financial planning and analysis processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Global Accounting Officer to identify and implement opportunities to streamline finance support and remove overhead with the Global Shared Service Centre.
- Work closely with the Finance Transformation Director to design and implement a successful Finance organization, aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
- Provide financial guidance and support to the Global Business Finance Director, ensuring effective decision-making and resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the CFO, Global Finance Leadership Team, and other business leaders.
- Relevant bachelor or master's degree in finance or a related field.
- At least 8+ years of experience as a senior finance leader with broad experience in finance management and reporting in a global setting.
- Proven experience as a strong business partner with excellent understanding of client needs combined with a thorough knowledge of project business and driving finance transformation and/or operational excellence processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop effective solutions.
