Job Title: Junior Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Trinamics Beheer B.V. As a key member of our New Product Introduction (NPI) department, you will play a crucial role in transforming innovative designs into tangible products ready for the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to ensure efficient and high-quality production processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products, including providing Design for Excellence (DfX) input and participating in development teams.
  • Ensure the release and documentation of technical aspects through the Product Generation Process (PGP).
  • Organize and lead review meetings with customers and suppliers to address technical issues and gain approval.
  • Provide technical support to work preparation and assembly during prototype and pilot production phases.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in industrial manufacturing and engineering projects within high-tech machine construction.
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of production systems development and process control in production environments, including process flow, PFMEA, and control plan.
  • Personal attributes such as precision, flexibility, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
