With over one million nights rented through our platform, we've welcomed more than 300,000 travelers from 169 countries. We offer a range of road trip possibilities, including short-term RV rentals, long-term campervan subscriptions, and vehicle sales.
Our team is growing, and we're looking for a travel enthusiast with a passion for guest service to join our depot in Amsterdam - Lisse. As a Rental Service Agent, you'll be the face of our company, ensuring an outstanding level of customer service and maintaining our fleet of campervans in top condition.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling incoming reservations and welcoming guests
- Preparing and cleaning campervans
- Maintaining campervans in top condition and monitoring maintenance needs
- Registering guests, monitoring stock, and processing payments
- Handling complaints and troubleshooting emergencies
Requirements
- Travel enthusiast with experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Eligible to work in the Netherlands, valid driver's license, and confident enough to drive a campervan
- Available to work on weekends and public holidays
- Responsible person who takes their work seriously and can be relied upon
- Well-organized and good at solving problems
